Email appsupport.jb@proton.me. If possible, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send passwords, payment details or private practice videos.

What is free?

The base standing-float drill, camera recording and synchronized replay are free. Split Step Pro unlocks additional serve types and reception rotations through a one-time In-App Purchase. There is no subscription, advertising or required user account. Apple displays the current price before you purchase.

Restore purchases

Open Settings, then Split Step Pro and tap “Restore Purchases”. Use the Apple Account you used to buy Pro. Purchasing and restoring require an App Store connection. If Pro remains locked after restoring, contact support.

Camera and videos

The camera is optional. You can practice without recording. If camera access was denied, you can change permission for Split Step in iOS Settings. The app does not record microphone audio or upload videos.

Recordings are held temporarily on your device, not saved permanently. They are lost when you close or reload the app. Read the privacy policy for details.

Practice and offline use

Use the app in landscape orientation and make sure you have enough clear space. Start a serve, then play your recording alongside the simulation or seek to a particular moment. Practice content and bundled legal documents work locally; Apple purchase operations and email support require internet access.
